Cucumber Basil Sparkling Lemonade

A revitalizing and refreshing lemonade topped with a sparkling fizz. The lemonade is made with cucumbers that are crisp and basil that smells great.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 4 cups sparkling water

  • Ice cubes, for serving

Instructions:

Put cucumber slices, basil leaves, lemon juice, and sugar in a blender


Mix until it's smooth


To get rid of the solids, strain the mixture into a pitcher through a fine mesh sieve


Pour sparkling water into the pitcher and mix it in slowly


Put it on ice cubes


If you want, you can add cucumber slices and basil leaves as a garnish

Doritos Chicken Casserole

This Doritos chicken casserole is a tasty and comforting meal that the whole family will love. It has soft chicken, a creamy sauce, and crunchy Doritos.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked pasta

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup crushed Doritos

  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up


Cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl


Put the mixture in a baking dish that has been greased


Cover the whole top of the casserole with the crushed Doritos


For 25 to 30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot all the way through and the Doritos are golden and crispy, bake in an oven that has already been heated


Enjoy while hot!

Vegan California Walnut Coffee Cake Bars

These vegan California Walnut Coffee Cake Bars are soft and moist, and they taste great with California walnuts. It's great for breakfast, brunch, or as a sweet treat with coffee or tea.

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup chopped California walnuts

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

In a large bowl, combine flour, chopped walnuts, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon


In another bowl, mix together vegan yogurt, vegetable oil, flax egg, and vanilla extract until well combined


Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined


Do not overmix


Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan


Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean


Allow the coffee cake bars to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares


Serve and enjoy!

Little Smokies in a Blanket Charcuterie Board

This Little Smokies in a Blanket Charcuterie Board is a great way to start a party. The savory smokies wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough go well with different kinds of cheese, fruits, and vegetables. The honey Dijon dipping sauce makes the flavors go well together by adding a nice sweetness.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of little smokies sausages

  • 1 package of refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 1/4 cup of Dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 1 egg for egg wash

  • 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds optional

  • Assorted cheeses e

  • g

  • , cheddar, brie, and gouda

  • Assorted crackers

  • Assorted fruits e

  • g

  • , grapes, apple slices

  • Assorted vegetables e

  • g

  • , cherry tomatoes, mini peppers

  • Pickles and olives for garnish

Instructions:

Turn on your oven and heat it up to 375F 190C


Take the crescent roll dough out of the fridge and cut it into strips


Wrap a strip of crescent roll dough around each little smokie sausage, leaving the ends open to look like "blankets


" Lay out the little smokes on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper


To make a dipping sauce, mix the honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl


Put away


Before you put the egg on top of the crescent-shaped smokeys, beat it in a different small bowl


You can put sesame seeds on top of the little smokies that have been wrapped if you want to


After the oven is hot, bake the crescent roll dough for 12 to 15 minutes, or until it turns golden brown and the sausages are hot all the way through


A charcuterie board should have different kinds of cheeses, crackers, fruits, and vegetables set out while the little smokies are baking


Take the little smokeies out of the oven when they're done and let them cool down a bit


Put the little smokies on the charcuterie board with the olives, pickles, and dipping sauce


As a tasty and festive starter, serve the Little Smokies in a Blanket with the charcuterie board
